conceptual + schematic design
After initial conversations covering project feasibility and scope, we will conduct an extensive study of site conditions and programming requirements to give us a thorough understanding of your project goals. We will then start exploring possible design solutions and the preliminary colors, patterns, and textures that will enhance the function of your space and reflect your brand the best.
design development + documentation
As design elements are finalized, we will record all finishes, fixtures, custom casework and millwork details into a set of documents for construction. We will consult with architects, engineers, and any product specialists necessary along the way to ensure all the details of your space are coordinated and documented for a smooth construction process. Rendered 2D or 3D studies may also be conducted to represent the final design intent.
project management + construction administration
We will remain involved in your project throughout construction to supervise finish installation, meet with contractors on site, and communicate across all teams to ensure deadlines are met and all requirements are being fulfilled.
ff+a selections and administration
In conjunction with design development, or as a separate package, we will curate a collection of furniture, light fixtures, artwork, and accessories that fits your unique space and pulls all the elements of design together. In addition, we will coordinate purchasing and oversee the installation of each item to ensure the final product is accurate and completely to your satisfaction.
